Harnest Island This is an island located in the southern part of the region. It is rather large and has many different terrains on it, which means many different pokemon. There are alot of different competitions on it, which means many prizes. |

Central Highway This is not a real highway. It is called the Centeral Highway because of all the pokemon that use this little path. They will attack if a trainer is coming, though so be cautious. |

Primar Canyon Primar Canyon is the largest canyon in the region. You can walk or ride a pokemon to get down into the canyon. There you will find many caves and caverns with pokemon in it. |

Northern Mountains These Mountains are the dead opposite of the Southern Mountains. It is a bare Tundra with a few caves. It is covered in Snow all year. There are a few good things about it, though. It has two resorts and wild pokemon. |

Aquast Town It is a thriving port city with a tall lighthouse at the entrance to the harbor. It has many bars and many grumpy sailors. This is a tough little town. Sub-board: Aquast Gym |

Onseeking Cave This is a large cave that leads straight to Primar Canyon. It has many tough pokemon who aren't afraid of anything. They are lead by a large Rhydon. |

Froster City Froster City is the largest city in the region. All of the buildings are made like cabins and always have a fire lit in the fireplace.
